RE: Dobecka Drive Paving Improvements
Pre - construction Resident Meeting
Dear Resident:
The plans are finished and the contractor has been chosen. This project is one of the first
to utilize the 1 /4 cent sales tax dollars for the purpose of the complete reconstruction of a
neighborhood street.
We want to get the project started the right way by holding a meeting between the
residents, the Engineering staff and the contractor who will do the work. The meeting is
planned for August 26, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at the cul -de -sac end of Dobecka. Please come
out and meet us, look at the plans, hear how the contractor plans to schedule the work,
and learn how it may affect you in the short term.
The project is slated to begin on or about September 7, 2010. Our construction inspector
will be Albert Samaniego. He will be the main contact for any questions or concerns
during the course of the project. Conatser Construction of Fort Worth will be the
contractor; their contact person is Eric Grant, 817 - 939 -9084.
