Dean,
For the north wall we will not use the form liner or stain. The property owner will be adding a rock facade to both the
retaining wall and the screening wall.
Before we prepare detailed structural drawings we will need estimated pricing for discussion purposes. The wall will
obviously need reinforcing steel.
Please price the 40 foot section with the 5 foot transition. Any cost in restocking of material already acquired for the
project should be included in the price.
The elevations should be per the plan provided on Friday. Screening wall height will be 7 feet above top of retaining wall
grade.
Let me know if you still have questions. Right now this is still in the pricing phase. We will need to execute a change order
prior to adding this additional work.

My original submittal shows 30 Ft wall sections that will fit the form
liner (I assume we are using form liner)?
I will price a 30 Ft section with a 10 Ft transition--Is that OK (it
will save 1 30 ft section of steel already on site)
There will be two (2) construction joints in the wall (Ftg and at 6"
offset) I will need a steel detail for this section?
There is a 2'x2' rock section behind the weep holes at 10 Ft ctrs--F & I
by NTBC--Select by others Furnished
What is the 6" block in back?
Bottom of footing cant be more than 2' below exist with utilities in the
area--What are the elevations proposed
I can price after my questions are answered

Steve, Please see attached drawing. This is an alteration that
the City of Coppell wants for the resident for the West end of the wall.
It is my understanding that they are wanting from the west end of the
wall 40' to the west the attached design, then a 5' transition from top
of attached drawn wall to top of the "Coppell Rail" of the wall and from
that point the "Coppell Rail" the rest of the way to the east. Also, on
the north wall, there is to be no Ashlar finish or stain on the wall,
only flat, smooth wall. The Ashlar finish and stain is to be installed
on the south wall, per plan. The city would like to get this pricing as
