Subject: Bethel Rd - 8" valve in SS siphon box
Keith,
We need someone from the City of Coppell to shut off the valve in the siphon box for the 8” line. Per our
discussion in our meeting on Friday, we were to shut off 8” valve and drill through this line. I have left messages
for Scott but no return call. I have also spoken with David Stone, Utilities, and he will not shut off valve without
Ted or Glenn’s approval. Since Ted & Glenn were not in meeting, I am needing some help because we are
drilling this tomorrow.
