completion of the construction of the sanitary sewer line, the
Grantee will restore the condition of the property to
substantially the condition the property existed at the start of
the construction. The Grantee agrees to idemnify and hold
harmless from all damages, claims, or causes of action which
result from the use by the Grantee o~ the easement granted
here~.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described perpetual easement

successors and assigns, forever.
