Quality Assurance Certification: Flexicore of Texas has been in continuous production of TxDOT precast and prestressed concrete products since 1986. We have a TxDOT certified manufacturing plant and maintain TxDOT approved in -house concrete testing laboratory facilities. Our Quality Assurance Department is staffed by PCI and ACI trained and certified quality assurance personnel. They continuously test all raw materials used, monitor the manufacturing as well as maintaining and certifying that all the products we manufacture and approve meet and exceed the project requirements. Typically, we do concrete test breaks for the next day "release of strand" and 7-day concrete test breaks" for the 28 -day design breaks. Be assured, we will not ship any concrete products to the job site until all the project specifications and requirements have been met and the concrete design strength has been reached.
