Attached is the FedEx copy of the confirmation that was sent on 063010
and received on 070110. I guess in looking though all the courier and
FedEx stuff, we found the attached FedEx confirmation for the Bridge
Submittals for Deck Panels and Beams which were sent on the same day. I
know that there have been several emails sent regarding who, what and
when these were sent, but I finally researched and turned every stone
around the date these were sent and found the attached info.
These were signed by a J Cook.
We all make mistakes and I know I have made a few, and to this point I
have thought I failed to get you this information, but now have the
confirmation that these submittals were sent and received by a J Cook at
Coppell. I do not know a J Cook, but I do know that to get into Coppell
offices, one cannot walk in and wonder around without the lady at the
front desk getting your complete info.

I’ve never seen this submittal. I do not have any record of an email from you nor Kim Entrekin from 6/30/10. You
are the only two people from JRJ Paving I have received past submittals from other than Mr. Murphy at our initial
Traffic Control meeting for this project. Did you or Kim send it via email? Should it have come from someone
else?
This is the second or third time you have inquired about a submittal that, to my knowledge, had never been sent to
myself nor the city. Please coordinate future submittals with your staff to ensure they are promptly sent to either
the city or myself in order to prevent future delayed responses.
I will process this submittal and provide feedback as soon as possible.
