Glenn, use account number 02-03-17-5220 for the expense of the new sewer line related to the Bethel Rd
project. We will amend your budget for this expense when we do the next budget amendment in Aug or
Sept. Jerod should be able to assist in creating the PO and override since there are no funds currently in
that account until we do the amendment.
Also, send me an e-mail describing what you are doing and the amount so I have something from you as
backup for the amendment.
