We opened bids on this project on April 8th. The contract has been awarded to Roadway Solutions, Inc. Out of
Carrollton. I'm not sure who their planning to purchase the cable and equipment from, but you are welcome to
contact them.

Not sure if you rec'd my voice message the other day, but after I met with
Per Birdsall yesterday he mentioned that you were working on a Fiber Optic
bid package to be released as an RFP soon.
Per mentioned to me that he had given you all the Corning fiber
information, and as the distributor of fiber optics to the City of
Coppell, I wanted to find out the scope and timeframe of this
project.....I think Per said it was the Riverchase project??
Please let me know when you can, as I wanted to pass on the City of
Coppell special pricing I have onto the contractors bidding the project.
