Keith,
we are dropping several items from the original plan: Ped foundation, Ped pole, PVC trench, we are
going to do some flatwork removal and repair as well at no charge. Also some of the pull boxes
need to be cleaned up in order to make the fiber optic processes more smoothly.
The 3'' bore was something that was not originally listed on the bid items. The price given was for
a regular PVC install. The $22.00 LF is a standard price for a bore install.
