Keith,
after discussing the PVC situation with Morrie we have decided that there will be no extra charge.
The price on the bid item will stand for the PVC installation whether it be trench or bore.
If possible Morrie and I would like to set up a meeting with you today at the job sit were the water
line was hit to discus the new location of the TRF SIG Pole. the dig up yesterday discovered a grey
pipe that was not marked. Also the plan shows a gas line running right underneath the TRF SIG
Pole on the North West corner that was not marked as well. All line locates have been called in for
these locations.
Please let us know when the water line will be fixed so we can have a crew on sit to clean up. We
will handle all clean up.
Please let us know about the meet today.
