He has conveyed to me that he has several partners in this property and that the utility easement and the temporary construction easement should be revised to accurately reflect the owners of the property. The document itself should have places for three signatures and also the exhibit should be changed to reflect the three owners. I am providing the owners in the list order of their percentage of ownership of the property: 1) Troth Enterprises, Inc., Vol. 88165, pgs. 843-848 (42.5% ownership) 2) S.C. Parson, Inc., Vol. 88165, pgs. 837-842 (37.5% ownership) 3) Lerman Investments, Inc., Vol. 88203, page 1005 (20% ownership) Once these documents have been revised, please provide sufficient copies to the city so that we can continue to pursue acquisition of this easement.
