Attached is the letter that we will be handing out on the 5 streets we will be surveying. We have not handed them
out yet as we have only been setting control and not getting out of the ROW. These will be handed out or left on

Civil Engineering Surveying Landscape Architecture Planning
RE: Roadway Reconstruction Project
Dear City of Coppell Resident:
Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. (TNP) has been contracted by the City of Coppell
to provide surveying services for a roadway reconstruction project in your area.
Our survey personnel will be working on site for approximately four weeks
beginning on or about May 04, 2009, weather permitting. In order to obtain the
information necessary for this project, the surveyors will need access to your
front yards.
TNP trucks will have company logos on their sides and our field personnel will be
wearing caps and shirts with the same logo.
If you have any objections to the surveyors accessing your property, or if you
have any questions or concerns, you may contact Surveyor Ricky L. Gentry at
