They put them on the doors before starting. However, in this situation,
it appears we put a second crew out there to start on another street,
but they did not have the letters. It will be taken care of, but it
will be good to follow up with the City letter.

Can one of you advise me as to how your survey letters were sent out on
this project. I received a call this morning from a resident on Clear
Creek about a surveyor digging in her yard. She had not heard about the
work prior to this morning. I will call her and discuss it, but I would
like to be able to describe the method of delivery of the letter.
I am drafting a letter from the city to be sent to all affected
residents. I plan to send it out this week.
