Good afternoon Keith,
I was just going to follow up with you on the 3 streets we submitted last week for review. If you have any
questions on those please don’t hesitate to call me. There are a couple of things that we need going forward.
Those would be your comments on the Dobecka water and sewer layouts and the latest bid documents that you
have. I was planning on working on those while you review so that we can have these streets ready to turn
around as quickly as possible.
Also, I have the survey for the other two streets. How would like for me to get that information to you? If you
want, we could prepare a proposal to finish those out for you since you are now short handed on the design side.
Just let me know and we will take a look at it.
