I'm about to head out for a week in Oklahoma, so it will be at least an extra week before we get any comments to you on
the review set. In the mean time, here are the bid documents from the Bethel Road Project. These have been updated to
reflect the use of the NCTCOG 4th edition standards. I prefer you look back at your W. Sandy Lake Road pay
items/descriptions than use these.
As far as the survey, please send us all digital files associated with it including points, linework, etc. I would also like a
scroll plot for my use.

Good afternoon Keith,
I was just going to follow up with you on the 3 streets we submitted
last week for review. If you have any questions on those please don't
hesitate to call me. There are a couple of things that we need going
forward. Those would be your comments on the Dobecka water and sewer
layouts and the latest bid documents that you have. I was planning on
working on those while you review so that we can have these streets
ready to turn around as quickly as possible.
Also, I have the survey for the other two streets. How would like for
me to get that information to you? If you want, we could prepare a
proposal to finish those out for you since you are now short handed on
the design side. Just let me know and we will take a look at it.
