Chris,
Go ahead and put it together as best you can and bring it with you to the meeting. I suggest we set up the bid tab with a
section for each street. For example we would have "Section A - Hertz Road" then pay items 101A thru 144A with a
subtotal at the end of section A. These numbers then correspond to the same pay item numbers for each section. Those
items that are lump sum, we could set the quantity in the bid tab as you have shown in item #104.
Once this is all put together, I'll need to go through the plans again to verify quantities and pay items.

We have not finished out the bid proposal sheet yet just in case you had
additional comments that we needed to revise. I can put this together
as we stand now and email it to you by tomorrow without the final
quantities. Once we meet tomorrow afternoon, we will finish it all up.

Late yesterday, we delivered to you 2 sets of revised street plans, a
draft version of the bid book and the City comments. We are continuing
to work on the quantities to add in the plans and will have them
finished shortly. I highlighted the areas within the bid book that will
need some direction from you. These areas consist of mainly the project
bid #, dates for the bid, bid process (A+B or other), incentives, and
calendar days. The 210 calendar days listed in the book is from a
previous project. We can estimate days on our end as well.
I also need the color spec that you would like to use on the variable
height retaining walls. We took at look at the elementary school where
the existing wall is that you would like to match. Do you have a
specific spec to include?
