I spoke with the post master today. She said to place the temp mailboxes just south of the inlets. We will
probably put all of them on the west side to begin and switch sides as the project progresses. Call with any
questions.

RE: Sales Tax 2009 Street Reconstruction Project — Dobecka Drive
NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Grant:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project on or
before September 7, 2010. You may begin with activities such as mobilization, potholing
for utility locations, or any work that does not impact traffic or necessitate closing the
roadway prior to that date.
One hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days were bid on this project for the completion of
work. Therefore, if work begins on September 7th then the calendar days on the project will
expire on January 4, 2011. If actual work begins before September 7 the contract days
will be revised accordingly.
