Date: 10/23/2009 10:02 AM Subject: Re: Arbor Manors/Sandy Lake Road San Sewer Gentlemen, The City has no objection to this work schedule. The contractor will be required to comply with our overtime policy, specifically notification of the inspector by noon on the Wednesday prior to the weekend they plan to work, and an agreement to pay the overtime for his weekend work. If you intend to change the approved plans, we will need to review them again. Otherwise, we have no objection to the plans as submitted and approved. Keith Keith Marvin, P.E. Project Engineer (972) 304-3681 >>> "Casey Ross" <cross@daa-civil.com> 10/22/2009 11:08 AM >>> Ken, I want to confirm with you that we could work on Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 7 PM while maintaining one lane of traffic open at all times along Sandy Lake Road. I also want to confirm that the 70 LF of 12" under Sandy Lake Road per the approved plans is still acceptable. The remainder of the sanitary sewer lines will be 8" in diameter. Thanks so much for your help. Sincerely, Casey Ross, P.E. Dowdey, Anderson & Assoc. 5225 Village Creek Drive, Suite 200 Plano, TX 75093 972-931-0694 (O) 469-576-1039 (C) 972-931-9538 (F)
