Good afternoon.
Attached for your review is topographic information tied in the field
before we prepared our design. I have added flow directions for your
review. It appears that if existing sanitary sewer mains are in proper
working order, and we can temporarily suspend sewer flow from East and
north of Sandy Lake, and flow from Verizon then we should be able to
eliminate flow in the downstream line, clear the existing sewer pipe,
and make the proposed manhole /pipe connection. If on the other hand, the
line is backed up and not functioning properly then we need to discuss
our options.
