Keith,
Can I send in the construction sets along with the park fee check and
construction permit development application at this time for your review
to schedule the preconstruction meeting? If you determine that the
inspection fees can't be waived, then we will bring that check to you at
a later date. Is this acceptable?

We can offset the roadway impact fees with the Bethel Road ROW
dedication.
I'll check with Ken on the issue of the Denton Tap ROW. I don't think
we would be able to apply that to the inspection fee, but I'll ask.

Keith,
I have attached a copy of the purchase contract, final plat and
inspection fee calculation for Chateaus of Coppell. Chateaus of Coppell
(19.967 acres) sold for $4,000,000 on March 10th, 2008. This equates to
a purchase price per square foot of $4.60. We are dedicating 9600
square feet of right-of-way for Bethel Road and 9141 square feet of
right-of-way for Denton Tap Road. This means the price of the Bethel
Road right-of-way is $44,160 and the Denton Tap right-of-way is
$42,048.60 for a total of $86,208.60. We been asked to pay $35,616 in
(8/30/2010) Keith Marvin - RE: Chateaus of CoppellPage 2
roadway impact fees. We would like to have the roadway impact fee
waived at this time to offset a portion of the cost of the right-of-way
dedication. The total inspection fee for this job will be $35,731.31.
Would it be possible to have this waived as well? Please let me know.
