Chateaus of Coppell (19.967 acres) sold for $4,000,000 on March 10th, 2008. This equates to a purchase price per square foot of $4.60. We are dedicating 9600 square feet of right-of-way for Bethel Road and 9141 square feet of right-of-way for Denton Tap Road. This means the price of the Bethel Road right-of-way is $44,160 and the Denton Tap right-of-way is $42,048.60 for a total of $86,208.60. We been asked to pay $35,616 in (8/30/2010) Keith Marvin - RE: Chateaus of CoppellPage 2 roadway impact fees. We would like to have the roadway impact fee waived at this time to offset a portion of the cost of the right-of-way dedication. The total inspection fee for this job will be $35,731.31.
