Casey,
Here’s our P&P sheets for Bethel Road in the area you guys will be developing. Take a look and let me know if
you have any questions. I’ve also included our design file. If you could, can you send me a cadd file showing
your design so we are lining up correctly and everything matches.
Also, we show the sidewalk approximately 4’ off the back of curb along Bethel. If you guys want to build a
meandering sidewalk, the city isn’t opposed to that idea. It just needs to be reflected in your plans. Let me know.
