Have you followed up to make sure the franchise designs are final? The city is asking that we record the plat so
they can relocate the overhead line along Bethel Road to the new right-of-way. Once we have final franchise
designs, we can place the easements on the plat to record. Once we record the plat, you can receive the
reimbursement from the city for the dedication of Bethel Road. If you think there will be a delay to recording
the plat, the city is requesting a letter of permission to relocate the overhead lines without owning the right-of-
way yet. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
