Keith,
I have discussed this issue with Toll already and there are two options
we are pursuing. One would be to cut the swale a little deeper between
lots 2 & 3 of Block A of Chateaus of Coppell since I came up a little
steep at the front of the lot or we still have that storm sewer stub-out
there and we can add a private yard inlet. I will let you know once we
figure this issue out. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Chateaus of Coppell construction. I'm not for sure what the answer is
but I think this probably needs to be addressed as the run-off is
obviously going the wrong way. Please let me know if you have any

I did not get the pictures. Can you try to send them as attachments rather than as a part of the e-mail. All I have
are giant red “X”s on the three pictures (scroll down to the bottom of this e-mail). Can you also tell me how
many houses down from Bethel Road he is so I can look at the back yard grading of the Chateaus lots behind
him. I tried sending this to Mike, but I got a reply back saying he is out of the office.

We received the attched pictures from the property owner at 706 Armstrong, it appears that the storm
water does not drain properly due to the Chateaus of Coppell development. Can you take a look at this
and see if there is a solution we can come up with to alleviate the ponding in his back yard.

I talked to this guy today. He lives adjacent to the Chateaus in the Summit at the Springs.
We may need to get with the engineer and see what can be done to fix this drainage issue.
