As per your request, Craig Olden, Inc. proposes to extend the limits of the gabion wall approximate y
upstream (see attached sketch) in order to provide additional slope stabilization. ~COINC can perform this ;
work in conjunction with existing contract in order to minimize the cost impact. COINC propose the
® following items of work be included in Change Order 2:
C.O.2 Additional Gabion wall 1 Lump Sum $ 24,900.00
Notes:
1. This proposal is based on performing the additional work in conjunction with original contract.
2. This proposal is good for five days.
