Your forms will be ok so long as they are substantially similar to ours. Tuesday the 19th will be fine. Rick O'Dell will be the inspector for this project. He has worked with your firm recently. I think we can handle the pre-con in the field. Please have your folks contact Rick before getting started at 469-576-7709. I need the revised proposal with the new dollar amount, and the contract modified to reflect that change. We need signatures on the contract before our City Manager will sign it. If we can get that tomorrow I will get him to sign it. Insurance and bonds can be brought in on Tuesday before you get started. Submittals are not required.
