Mr. Marvin:
Craig Olden, Inc. request a change order for the additional effort required to provide adequate working
conditions for the gabion installation on above referenced project at this time. It should be noted that the
site conditions today are different than at the time the original proposal was submitted and approved by the
City in which neither party could have anticipated actual site conditions and or actual date for notice to
proceed with construction. Therefore, Craig Olden, Inc. request the following item of work to be included in
Change Order No. 1:
C.O.1. Site Dewatering
1 Lump Sum
$ 14,000.00
Notes:
1. This proposal is based on dewatering approx 325LF of channel and maintaining dry work area for
duration of the project under current conditions and not to include major flood events, which may
require additional measures, but change order amount shall not exceed a total of $20,000.00.
