Keith,
Thanks for taking to the time to meet with us this afternoon. As discussed in our meeting, we will move forward
with the following items regarding the private detention facility located on the Minyards Freeport Crossing Site:
We will remove the existing pump and replace it with a pump sized to drain the pond below the elevation of
513 within a 24-48 hr period. The new pump will approximately pump at a rate of 500-1000 GPM. Record
drawings will note the pump model that it ultimately installed. Per our meeting it is my understanding the the City
of Coppell does not object to the modifications described above.
If you have any questions regarding the pond, onsite improvements, or if there is anything in this e-mail that
doesn't match your recollection of the meeting please do not hesitate to contact me.
