According to our attorney the signatures do not need to be notarized. Any
adult witness should be appropriate.

I wanted to let you know that we have been slowed on getting the document
executed by the Board of Directors as one of us is in Europe and won't be
back until next Wednesday.
I also need to know how the attest is to be done. There is no place for a
notary to witness our signatures, so will any witness do? Can it be the
spouse of a Board member?

There are three copies. Once you have all Board Members sign, I will have

As I promised in my communication of last week, I am attaching a copy of the
minutes of our HOA Board's last meeting in which we voted to authorize
deeding the land and drainage easement structure south of Westminster Way to
the City of Coppell.
Per the instructions of our property management group, this should be given
to the city's attorney and attached to the documents accomplishing this
transaction to show that the Board has actually authorized this action.
Please give this to the attorney and let us know if you, or they, have any
questions.
