It wasn't required during the review phase. We are trying to get it built now so we don't have to deal with
citizen opposition once houses are built. We are hoping to met with developer but he has already stated
that he won't build it. We have discussed maybe participating in the cost but we would need approval to
spend money. No final resolution.
If not built now they can park in the turnout on the commercial site.

We need to meet regarding this issue tomorrow. Are we requiring the connection now? If not, why. If not,
can commercial property use the existing pavement for parking?
