Clay
I've met with Arbor Manors representatives and then Gary met with them. The result is that we will
not require the extension at this time, but it will be required at some future date. The Wynnpage
development will be allowed to park in the access easement turn-out until such time as the access road
is extended. We are also requiring signs at each end noting that there will be an access road through
the property at some future date. We are also seeking verification that the commercial property owner
of the current north vacant tract is advised of their future obligation to extend the access road.
As with most things, the issue will be reassessed when the vacant commercial tract develops.

Matt: Talked with Ken last night and we are both agreed that we will "postpone" extension of your connection
to the neighbor to the south through the 24 foot access/utility easement shown on the replat of Wynnpage
Plaza Lot 1R, Block B and Final Plat of Wynnpage Plaza Lot 2 and 3, Block B until the property at the northwest
corner of West Braewood Drive and Denton Tap Road (currently zoned PD-214 R2-C) undertakes development
activity. Our postponement is conditioned upon a readable sign being placed on the land that will subsequently
be the easement extension thru Arbor Manors, stating future connection, and a second readable sign being
placed at the northern boundary of the existing access easement indicating temporary parking until the
easement is extended through the above referenced Wynnpage property. Our agreement is also predicated on
the understanding that the property owner of the northwest lot has been advised of this easement development
understanding.

Gary,
Good morning.
Thanks again for meeting with us Monday and for your willingness to work with us on this matter. We
have coordinated with our adjacent property owner and have them on board with pushing the connect
out to when the northern commercial tract develops, providing temporary parking on their site and
signing both sides.
Per our conversation Monday, you were going to get with Ken and confirm that this was acceptable to
him. Could you please update Larry and I on the status of your conversation with him and if this
direction is agreeable to him also?
Thank you.
Matt
