We’ve been informed that the referenced project is ready to proceed to construction… could you please check
your records and confirm where we are in the approval process. Our records indicate that we’ve addressed all
previous comments and are ready to schedule a pre-construction meeting.
For your reference, I will courier (today or no later than Monday) a complete set of the latest plans.
