On the fountain, do you need us to take care of disconnecting it before the work begins? We have a company

We currently have this project out to bid. We will open bids on August 5th. I anticipate work beginning on
the project in September.
One question that has come up relates to the fountain in the middle of the pond. Who do we need to coordinate
with as far as disconnecting that while the work is done?
