Re: Bethel Road Sanitary Sewer Project SS 94-02C
Dear Mr. Sharp:
As we recently discussed, due to the construction activities along Bethel Road there will be a
need to replace not only the south side, but the north side of Bethel Road also. To expedite the
process and secure funding and approval through City Council, I would like to request that at
your earliest convenience a breakdown of additional cost be provided to the City so that
information can be included with our agenda item to City Council for approval.
I did review the information that you provided on your previous calculations, however, my
calculations indicate that there would be an additional increase in cost of approximately
$66,000.00 ($33,000/County and $33,000/City). I do recall you indicating that there could be
some increased processing and material cost. Therefore, at your earliest convenience please
provide us a copy of the cost and a breakdown of that cost so that the City can process it to
Council for approval.
