RE; Transmittal of our application for the Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) to
FEMA and Corridor Development Certificate (CDC) to NCTCOG for the property located at
1550 E. Beltline Rd in the City of Coppell Texas.
Dear Mr. Griffin
We are requesting that the attached copies of the CDC applications be forwarded to the other
jurisdictions participating in the CDC program. All of the applications have been packed into a
stamped postage packages and addressed to the proper designated party We have also
included a CD containing sample letters addressed to individual CDC Administrators so that you
may copy the letters onto City letter head, modify as needed, then insert a copy of the signed
letter into the postage envelope containing the appropriate CDC /Floodplain Administrator. We
took the liberty of assigning a CDC tracking code but you are free to change it.. Afterwards
please seal the envelopes and drop them in the mail. We have included a check for the US
Army Corp of Engineers Technical review fee in the amount of $5, 750. It will need to be sent
separately to the following address:

Also please sign the CLOMR application at the appropriate place as marked, seal the envelope
and drop it in the mail. The application fee for the CLOMR has already been sent to a separate
address. We have included one extra copy of the CDC and CLOMR for your records If you
