• Two (2) copies of letters requesting permission to work in drainage easement submitted to the
Dallas County Utility and Reclamation District.
• Two (2) copies Conditional Letters of Map Revision
• Two (2) copies Corridor Development Certificate.
• Two (2) copies of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans
• Two (2) copies of Civil Construction Plans
