Dear Mr. Bond:
Dallas County is. interested in using, and letting Texas Industries
· Inc. recycle at the CTB Plant, the existing materials on 'Bethel
Road in ¢oppell. Through our past telephone conversations, it is
my' understanding that the'~ollowing work Procedure needs to take
place·
The County will salvage and transport materials to the
TX! CTB Plant in Coppell.
TXI will test the materials and prepare a batch design to
produce a state standard mix equivalent to a 600 PSI or 650
Psi compressive strength. It is understood that this
material may not pass all sieve gradations.
TXI will m~x/PUO materials to the design standard and load
m~ter~al on county Fucks. -- ' --'
4. Co..unty will transport and place the CTB materials on the job.
With this procedure in mind, will you please submit a unit
ton of cement and a unit cost ~or mixing material per mix
