Keith,
I did have one question. Were the surveys mailed to all of the houses on
Waterview or only ones within a certain street number range? If they were
within a range, can you give me the range of street numbers? I want to make
sure I don't overlook any of my neighbors.

Subject: Waterview traffic calming
Mr. & Mrs. Pinkerton,
Attached please find a copy of the traffic calming survey that was sent to
35 residents of Waterview Drive last April. To date we have received 23
responses in favor of installing road humps. This is 3 shy of the required
number. Due to the untimely departure of our traffic engineer I will extend
the survey period through the end of the year. If we receive 3 more
positive responses from verifiable residents we will move forward with the
next step of the process.
