Thanks for the update. I have a neighbor that should be faxing one survey
in to you today. I'm not sure what house number it is for. I will work on
getting one more survey and hopefully this will be done. Can you let me
know when you receive the faxed survey? We are so close!!

I received the fax that you sent last week. Unfortunately we already had a
response in the file from 445 Waterview.
We still need two additional responses in favor of the road hump
installation before we can move forward.

I am faxing you two of the three completed surveys today. One of my other
neighbors has the third one and I will fax that one when I receive it in the
next day or two. Can you confirm receipt of the two that I am sending you
today? They are for 445 Waterview Drive and 438 Waterview Drive.

Mr. & Mrs. Pinkerton,
Attached please find a copy of the traffic calming survey that was sent to
35 residents of Waterview Drive last April. To date we have received 23
responses in favor of installing road humps. This is 3 shy of the required
number. Due to the untimely departure of our traffic engineer I will extend
the survey period through the end of the year. If we receive 3 more
positive responses from verifiable residents we will move forward with the
next step of the process.
