1. Can you forward a PDF of the Map?
2. Final to State needs to include a cover letter of the preparer, if a
consultant is used. Do you want it bound in with document?
3. Inter-local Agreement in document should be copy of executed
agreement. Can you send a PDF of executed agreement?
