I just talked to Michael about this issue. He has spoken with the engineer from Goodwin & Marshal, and I think they are
trying to get to a full permit approval prior to your beginning on the 10th. If that happens, and you close, you won't even
need the letter, or the early grading plans.

Mine too! Appreciate the straightforward comment.
I was trying to keep this simple but Crow Holdings seems incapable of doing
that.
In point of fact, we will not do anything on site until Crow closes and owns
the land. This is planned to occur Sept 7th, thus the tentative start of
Monday the 10th. If they don't close on the 7th we would not start. Tried
to get them to do a simple letter stating this but attorneys got involved
with result being the letter that I sent.
Let me try to get this cleaned up and get back to you.

In order to obtain an early grading permit you will need to submit the following items:
1. Early Grading Permit application
2. Copy of executed NOI.
3. Early Grading Plan set.
4. Hold Harmless letter
5. Inspection fees in the amount of 2% of grading contract amount.
In addition to these items submitted to engineering, you must secure your Tree Removal Permit from John Elias in Parks.
As soon as we have received these items we can process an early grading permit.
