Dear Mr. Ridden:
This letter is written as a follow-up to your October 13, 1993 letter in which you requested
information concerning the final statement for services rendered on the referenced project. I
apologize for the amount of time it has taken to respond to this request. However, because this
project was completed in November 1990, all records pertaining to it were stored off-site.
Included with this letter is a copy of the final payment to Kimley-Horn and Associates in the
amount of $1,000.00. The final payment represents a total payment of $20,000.00 for the
design of the Sandy Lake Road./MacArthur Blvd. intersection.
