I'm probably just overly cautious. It looked like the inlet I saw out there
last week was too far east to catch our water. I guess it will work once
it's graded.

Greg,
The plans for that subdivision reflect the drainage area for Wynnpage. They
are placing an inlet in a common area to accept the drainage.
If you want to look at what they've got in the plans feel free to drop by
the office.

Do you know if the development north of us (Ardinger property) picked up the
storm water from Wynnpage?
We had an agreement with Mr. Ardinger that the developer could re-work our
site if necessary. It looks like they've finished most of the drainage
improvements and have not contacted us about working at all on our project.
