Our records indicate the above project was approved by DART on August 8, 1989 as a part of the Local
Assistance Program, and a check for $17,257.50 was sent to the City of Coppell on August 9, 1989.
Please submit a report on the status of this project at your earliest opportunity. If the project has been
completed, please include a copy of the final statement for SelMces rendered. DART will forward at
most the remaining 10% of the approved funds, if the full amount was used. It is important that this
project be closed out so the remaining project funds can be properly accounted for in our records.
