Signs are permitted through our building inspections department. If the new sign requires a change to
your PD that would go through the planning department.
I suggest you start with building inspections at 972-304-3500.

There is an existing subdivision sign installed on the screening wall at the corner of Denton Tap and
Bethel. We are having second thoughts about that sign and may want to change it out so it is more like
the entry sign which says "Chateaus of Coppell". The signs were approved as part of our zoning
ordinance and PD approval.
I've reviewed your sign ordinance and understand that we need to apply for a permit to "construct,
relocate, alter" our sign. Can you confirm that is the process we would follow and let me know the
application fee required?
