This will include the section between Meadowcreek and the bridge. We also have Bethel Road under design, which will include sidewalk from Denton Tap to Freeport Parkway. This will include a signalized, ADA compliant, pedestrian crossing of Denton Tap at Bethel Road. I have reviewed the sketches you sent to John Elias concerning utilizing the trail section under the bridge over Grapevine Creek to cross Denton Tap. We have only 5 feet of city owned right of way on the west side of the bridge. There is not sufficient room to construct an ADA compliant trail within a 5 foot area in addition to the necessary retaining walls and grading. Considering the space constraints, and the ADA complaint signalized crossing that is to be built 350 feet south of this location, I do not believe we will pursue this. If you wish to discuss this further, please feel free to call me. Keith Marvin, P.E.
