Dear Mrs. David Sampsell:
I am in receipt of your letter concerning the intersection of San~
Lake Road and MacArthur Boulevard. I agree with your concerns and
have routed your letter, along with a memo from myself, to the
Engineering Division to re~est their technical expertise on what
can be done to facilitate left turn lanes and signals at this
intersection. The ultimate design of this intersection is
scheduled for improvements within the next 3 to 5 years. The
Engineering Division needs to look into the temporary measures so
as to cover any contingencies related to future design.
