Keith talked to Brenda MacDonald on Friday concerning this issue. There is some old silt fence and debris left from the construction.
Apparently, Tieso was allowed to use the property during construction, but they didn't clean it up after construction. One of our
inspectors is getting with Tieso today to direct them to clean up the site. I don't have a timeline, but Tieso is still working here, so
we should be able to put some pressure on them.
