Our City Attorney has advised us that we will need to include the street signs in the license agreement that
we are working on for the wall that will also be in the city right of way. It is his belief that the city has no
ability to enforce the HOA documents, and therefore we need a separate agreement that we are a party
to.
Mike Garza will be drafting this agreement, and we will send it to you so you and your attorney can review
it. We expect to bring this agreement to City Council on October 13th.
Have we made any progress on the driveway connection to the commercial development south of
Braewood?

Has the city attorney had an opportunity to review our language in the Deed Restrictions that states the
HOA is responsible for the maintenance etc of the street sign poles? Thanks.
