LETTER OF PERMISSION
That, Guadalupe and Angela Estrada, the undersigned, do hereby grant to the City of
Coppell or its employees, engineers, or contractors, permission to enter the properties owned or
controlled by them, being further described as the property located at 724 Deforest Road, for the
purpose of constructing side - slopes for the proposed Deforest Road (ST05 -01) project. This
project consists of the reconstruction of Deforest Road from MacArthur to Windsor Estates. The
road will be reconstructed as two -lane concrete roadway with improved drainage and sidewalks.
The work on said properties generally consists of 4:1 slope grading necessary to tie the proposed
finished ground elevation into the existing ground elevation. This Letter of Permission includes
the right to move equipment onto the property that is necessary for the slope grading, and the
right of reasonable ingress and egress across the property for the construction purposes. Work
on said property will not extend past a line Six (6) feet north of and parallel with the south
property line as shown on the attached Exhibit. The contractor will not be allowed to access said
property for any other purposes other than the pavement removal and slope grading.
This permission shall expire at the completion of the Deforest Road Project (ST05 -01).
Completion shall be defined as the date that the contractor receives final payment for the project.
The City of Coppell through the contractor will also restore the land back to its original
condition to the maximum extent practicable. Where sod, shrubbery, and plants are removed
during the construction, such areas will have the same sod, shrubbery, and plants replaced in
their prior positions.
