Dear Mr. and Mrs. Evans:
Due to the location of your pool in relation to the previously requested Right of Way clip,
we have instructed our engineer to redesign the alley entrance. Therefore the City no
longer needs both front and rear Right of Way clips. The City is modifying our offer as
follows:
Parcel 3
Acquisition of One (1) Right of Way (corner clip) $500.00
If the above offer is acceptable, please sign below and return the signed letter to this
office. Once the letter is received, the process for payment of the $500.00 can begin.
Enclosed are the Right of Way documents and exhibits as described above.
